Confidential Shredding Service
We have an established service for the destruction of
confidential papers, documents, files, etc., which is
used by solicitors, accountants, insurance companies,
employment agencies, educational establishments and
a wide variety of other establishments in the Exeter area,
and increasingly, further afield.
We provide dedicated, red polypropylene sacks and
security ties free of charge.
There is no minimum or maximum quantity, and as the
shredded waste is recycled into low-grade paper products
any paper-based material can be included (but please
remove all plastic, hanging files, etc.).
2008 charges for collection* and shredding of
confidential material:
1 to 4 bags..............£ 5.00
5 to 14 bags............£ 4.00
15 or more bags.....£ 3.60
* For collection outside the Exeter city area we usually raise
an additional 'distance surcharge' - please enquire.
There is a maximum weight of 15 Kg per bag, and if the
material is heavy we ask that they be filled to no more than
two-thirds of their capacity.
A Transfer Note is issued at the time of collection and
invoices are sent out monthly along with Certificates of
Destruction. Full confidentiality is assured.
